Voices in my brain

So have you ever had someone tell you something and then you just keep hear them say it over and over again in your head. today i have been dealing with that. grrr . and i know the person who said it meant nothing by it i just cant seem to shake it . Maybe after i sleep on it . Its so stupid anyways lol .
